Terms of Service

These Terms cover every Parsons product — the Cloud platform and each app built on it (Money, Journal, CRM, Assistants, Social, Music, and others). Product-specific terms are in their own sections below and apply on top of the general terms.

1Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the Parsons platform and its products ("the Services"), operated by Parsons.ai ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2The platform

Parsons is a cloud platform you can operate through a conversational AI assistant, together with a set of apps that connect to your accounts and data to do useful work on your behalf. Some Services connect to third-party providers (for example your bank, a telephone carrier, or social networks) at your direction. What each Service does, and the third parties it relies on, is described in our Privacy Policy.

3Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and, unless we agree otherwise in writing, a resident of the United States. The Services are intended for personal and general business use. They are not intended for, and you agree not to submit, data subject to special regulatory regimes — including protected health information (HIPAA), cardholder data (PCI-DSS), or other regulated data. If you need to handle such data, contact us first.

4Accounts & security

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at hello@parsons.ai if you suspect unauthorized use. You may connect and disconnect third-party integrations at any time; disconnecting revokes our access to that provider going forward.

5Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Services unlawfully, or to access data that is not yours;
Submit regulated data outside the scope described in Eligibility;
Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security of the Services;
Use the Services to deceive, harass, defraud, or infringe the rights of others;
Configure any AI feature to misrepresent itself where the law requires disclosure (see AI & automated features);
Operate automations or bots that break the law, send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or violate the terms, rate limits, or automation rules of any third-party platform you connect.

Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out these rules in full, including how automations, bots, and AI agents may be used and how we enforce them.

6AI & automated features

The Services use AI to generate responses, take actions you request, and — where you configure them to — communicate with third parties on your behalf. AI output can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on or act on it.

When you configure a Service to interact with other people — for example an AI phone assistant that answers callers, or automated posts and messages — you are the operator of that configuration and you are solely responsible for any legally required disclosures and consents, including telling people they are interacting with AI where the law requires it, and obtaining any consent required for recording or contacting them. We provide controls to support this, but we do not make those disclosures on your behalf and are not responsible for your configuration or use.

Automations, bots, and scheduled agents you build are yours to operate. You are responsible for ensuring they comply with all applicable laws — including bot-disclosure, anti-spam, telemarketing, and consumer-protection laws — and with the terms of any third-party platform they act on. Parsons.ai is not responsible or liable for the automations or bots you configure, and you agree not to use them to deceive, spam, or harm others.

7Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans, free trials, and renewal terms are presented before you are charged. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms.
We may change our prices. If we do, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice, and any new price applies from your next renewal — never mid-term. You can cancel before it takes effect; continuing your subscription afterward means you accept the new price.
Some Services use prepaid usage credits. Where you enable automatic reload, we will charge your payment method to restore your balance under the limits you set; you can change or disable this at any time.
You can manage or cancel your subscription yourself through the billing portal.
Taxes may apply based on your location and will be handled as described at checkout.

8Your content & ours

You keep ownership of the data and content you bring to or create in the Services ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Services for you — for example to store Your Content, and to send relevant parts of it to the providers that power a feature (such as an AI model answering your question). We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use it to train third-party models. The software, design, and trademarks of the Services remain ours.

9Disclaimers, liability & indemnification

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parsons.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on information from or actions taken through the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parsons.ai and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, the configurations you set up, the automations or bots you operate, or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law. This reflects that you — not Parsons.ai — control how you use the Services and anything you build on them.

10Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time (see Your choices in the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. We may act immediately where an account is used unlawfully — including operating automations or bots that break the law, send spam, or violate the terms of a connected third-party platform.

Product-specific terms

Moneymoney

Money aggregates your financial accounts on a read-only basis through Plaid Inc. to show balances, transactions, net worth, and spending, and to answer questions about your own data. Your bank credentials are entered with Plaid and your institution — we never see or store them. Money cannot move funds or initiate transactions. Money is an informational tool, not a bank, broker, lender, or financial advisor, and nothing in it is investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Verify with your institution and a qualified professional before making decisions.

Assistants & phoneassistants

Assistants lets you configure AI agents — including agents that answer a phone number you connect. You write the agent's script, persona, and behavior, and you are the operator responsible for its use, including any disclosure that a caller is speaking with AI and any telecom or consent requirements that apply to you. We do not record calls. Voice calls are processed in real time to operate the assistant (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in the places you and your callers are located.

Legal

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Services. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Parsons.ai is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Specific venue and dispute-resolution terms will be confirmed in the counsel-reviewed version of these Terms.
